Response from Mon Whisky
Hello, we are sorry that the box arrived in bad condition despite all our precautions. It is true that the case on this bottle of Blanton's is just a very thin cardboard box. We have reported this to our supplier several times. If you would like us to send you a new case, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Sincerely, the MonWhisky.fr team

The product conforms, the packaging was really nice and the modification of my message was taken into account. The only problem: delivery in 5 working days instead of the 48/72h announced.

A very good telephone reception, with a super after-sales service I am not disappointed with my purchase but disappointed with the delivery time not respected by the deliveryman. I pay an express delivery and receive my parcel the day after the expected reception after having called the site so that it sends me a new parcel.

There was a problem with my order, no waiting for someone on the phone, no call center that is useless, resending a 2nd package immediately, commercial gesture.Nickel!
