This review is the modified version of a previous review that the MonWhisky site asked TrustPilot to remove because I referred to a competitor site for one of the points of improvement. This review is completed following a response from MonWhisky, which apparently does not tolerate criticism (rating downgraded due to disagreement over the content of this response).Ordered 3 bottles of rum don papa 7 ans. Delivery time of 48/72h not respected, parcel delivered in 5 days. I confirm that I received an e-mail on Saturday 3 December at 10:09 confirming that my order had been taken into account with a delivery time of 48/72h with no restrictive mention; the parcel was delivered to the 83 courier center on 7 December but was not delivered to my home until 8 December.I also wanted to order 3 bottles of don papa 10 ans, but the site imposed a maximum of one bottle per order, obliging me to repeat the order several times and to pay the delivery costs each time. So I didn't order this delicious beverage from this site, but from another which didn't impose this constraint (MonWhisky objected to the competitor's name being published).

We would like to thank you for your review, but would like to clarify a few points. Indeed, we have asked for your initial comment to be moderated as it referred to a competitor and this is contrary to Trustpilot's terms of use. Your order was placed on December 3 (a Saturday). It was dispatched on Monday December 5 (i.e. the first possible working day) and was delivered to you on Wednesday December 7. It was therefore delivered in 48 hours and not in 5 days as you say. Concerning the Don Papa 10 ans, we are indeed limiting the number of bottles per customer to one, as this is a limited-edition product that few sites are offering at the time of writing, and we felt it was important to be able to offer it to as many people as possible, especially at Christmas time. Islay barley ordered for Christmas and received well in time, well packaged and reasonably priced for a Bruichladdich, but no way of getting a means of transport that doesn't add 10% to the price...a later opinion on the whisky itself after the holidays!

Hello, following your order on Sunday 11/12, your parcel left the next day, i.e. Monday 12/12. According to the tracking system, the parcel will be delivered on 15/12. This slight delay is due to the Christmas period.

Deadline met, kept well informed of the progress of the order, bottles very well packed and fortunately because delivery by post to be delivered to an address chosen but package arrived in poor condition. None of the bottles suffered but the boxes did. It's a pity that once again the post office doesn't shine for its professionalism.

I was supposed to receive my parcel the next day by Chronopost for 19.90 . This was not the case, I received it on Monday instead of Saturday. There's no point in asking for an express parcel. Big disappointment because it was for a birthday that took place on Saturday, I arrived empty-handed ... thank you!

Everything was fine until delivery. Incredible to be delivered so far from home when you don't have a car and you asked for the nearest relay point. To pay so much for delivery and to be badly delivered and not to be reimbursed but to have a voucher to buy again on the same site! No, trust is no longer there.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but, as we explained to you by e-mail, the initially selected relay point decided to stop accepting parcels, without prior notice. The carrier had no choice but to deliver your parcel to the 2nd nearest relay point. Concerning the reimbursement of the 7.90 shipping costs in the form of a voucher, this is a commercial gesture for this malfunction, beyond our control.
