I have no complaints about the speed of delivery or the products themselves. However, the packaging of my last order left a lot to be desired. The two bottles were poorly protected individually (I almost broke one of them because it fell out from underneath the box), and the two boxes were placed in the delivery parcel without any padding..... I gave a bottle of Nikka Pure Malt Black whisky to my uncle for Christmas and he really appreciated it. The delivery was fast, the parcel was intact but inside, the box that contained the bottle was torn and dented in a way that could not be related to transport. A pity.

No problem with ordering and delivery, but the products are very expensive, for example: I ordered a Laphroaig 10 year old whisky for 41.00 euros from Carrefour and the memé was 27.90. I will never order from this site again.

Hello,The packaging, the service was correct, the product was compliant, but the shipping was an unacceptable error! When you request a billing address and a delivery address, the least you can do is be consistent! I asked for a delivery to "another address" and another "name" than mine, as a result, the package was delivered to the right address but to my name ........... total confusion with the sender, the post office, I almost ended up with a complaint on my back ... In the end it is better but not thanks to Monwhisky.fr. I do not think it is a bad box (Monwhisky.fr), but in the future be careful in your shipments!

I did not receive my parcel within the requested 24 hours. The next day I was not available to receive the parcel, so I scheduled a pickup at a post office, and in the end it arrived at my house! Luckily my friend was there to pick it up. What's in the article, no worries thank you.

A very good telephone reception, with a super after-sales service I am not disappointed with my purchase but disappointed with the delivery time not respected by the deliveryman. I pay an express delivery and receive my parcel the day after the expected reception after having called the site so that it sends me a new parcel.

Islay barley ordered for Christmas and received well in time, well packaged and reasonably priced for a Bruichladdich, but no way of getting a means of transport that doesn't add 10% to the price...a later opinion on the whisky itself after the holidays!

Hello, following your order on Sunday 11/12, your parcel left the next day, i.e. Monday 12/12. According to the tracking system, the parcel will be delivered on 15/12. This slight delay is due to the Christmas period.
