My search was directed to a Balvenies Cuban selection and I ended up with a Balvenies caraibben. Impossible to make a claim 3 days before Christmas.

We do not understand your comment. We only offer Balvenie 14 year old Caribbean Cask for sale. It says so clearly. The Balvenie Cuban Selection has not been available for some time now. Hello, following your order on Sunday 11/12, your parcel left the next day, i.e. Monday 12/12. According to the tracking system, the parcel will be delivered on 15/12. This slight delay is due to the Christmas period.
