I have nothing particular to indicate, the site works well. I also asked a question to customer service regarding this order which responded quickly. It's a detail because I really liked the summer bag. I understand that offers cannot be combined but it is true that the birthday gift could be an exception and should be able to be combined with another offer. Customer service offered to extend the birthday gift for a future order, which is still nice.

I find the site beautiful and well-made, just what is needed: not too much and not too little! Moreover, the products have good compositions and delivery is fast! I love the little personal touches like the small card in the package, it's not much but I think it makes a small difference :) The only small downside would be that not all brands are available (yet?), but that's really just to mention a 'con'!
