Delivery too expensive

In search of natural makeup products, this is my go-to site for my purchases: site discovered by chance while watching a YouTube video. I am delighted with the products purchased so far. The only complaint I can make is perhaps the lack or quality of presentation photos of certain products as well as the duration of unavailability. One quality of the site that I find nowhere else is the concern for advising consumers regarding skin types: I have oily, black skin that is prone to acne, even at 40 years old, so I appreciate every time that it is specified for the products, the degree of comedogenicity (the same for pregnant women, since I will soon be concerned). I haven't seen it elsewhere, so it's a good point for me, keep it up.

Very good products on your site. One downside, some products are not translated into French, which is my language. I had a nice surprise for my first order, lots of very nice samples, good quality and very good brands. Thank you also for the pouch and the bag.

Fast shipping

Good site, I have already ordered several times through them. Wide choice of available products and rather fast delivery.

Order processed correctly, however, the advertised offers (e.g., for 100 euros of purchase on OKOKO, a free serum, Aurélia, etc.) were not included in the package. It is well noted... within the limit of available stocks, but if they are no longer available, can you remove the offer?

I would like to be able to add notes/comments to the products in my wish lists.

I find the beauty files useful. However, the demonstration videos of the foundations don't show much.

Just one thing I would have liked to see differently from what I received, hence the one star less^^ I asked for the package, which is a birthday gift, to have a message. The message is written on a card from your site. And I admit I expected to see it directly on the packaging so that the person receiving the gift could see it right away. Here, you have to turn the card to see the message. Otherwise, everything else was very good :)
