There is just one thing that could still be improved to simplify the site's ergonomics: make it so that when we see the orders we have placed, we can click on the product name to access the page that allows us to see the benefits of the product, because it is not marked on the product or its packaging... In any case, not in detail. This type of consultation must, therefore, be frequent and it would be simpler to put, in the summary of past orders, the names of the products as hyperlinks because otherwise, it forces us to copy the name, go to the homepage of the site, paste the name in the search bar and then choose the product sheet to consult (it's way too long and complex). Cannot combine loyalty points and gift offers, the free samples are often the same and unfortunately I don't like the Antipodes brand and I get it every time. Beautiful product catalog, the site's visuals are clear and elegant, very fast delivery. Another appreciated point, always a lot of varied samples (unlike other sites that only give one or two and even if you're lucky, or 3x the same, which loses its interest). Small downside for which I take away one star: for some brands, many products are out of stock, sometimes for a long time (while they can be found elsewhere, which suggests that it is not the brand that is out of stock but rather the restocking that is the issue)
