Fast delivery

Delivery time and choice of pickup point not respected even though I paid specific delivery fees. Complaint made without follow-up or commercial gesture. These elements are important and have greatly contributed to my dissatisfaction.

Very disappointed with customer service

Products that I have ordered for years are no longer available, I find this very unfortunate.

Disappointed by the processing time, they do not respect the times indicated on their site. No samples. Delivery costs are high compared to other sites.

Nothing particular except that while the products are generally of good quality, the prices are not for every budget.

I really like your site but recently I saw a product with non-clean ingredients and banned in organic. I am quite disappointed.

Everything was perfect, however the cleansing gel spilled in my package and I lost a good part of it. That's a shame. Everything else was perfectly packaged.

Small issue with my order, but the customer service was top-notch, responsive and fair. So it's already forgotten, and I would gladly order again!

Choice and easy to use

Navigation on the site goes well, however from time to time there may be bugs. Generally speaking, I find what I need on the site. Regarding delivery, no problem, everything always goes very well at the relay point.

A small clarification regarding customs taxes, why not a -25% occasional and periodic discount like some holidays only on selected skincare products by the store?

There are many out-of-stock products, and there are many things that are not very ergonomic on the site. However, delivery is very fast and well packaged.

Order not compliant! I was supposed to receive a product kit and despite the correct amount: NOTHING. My daughter the same! No worries, I'm changing shops because the kit is still offered.

As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with my last order as well as my mom's. The customer service was of no help. We are very disappointed and will no longer order from the site, as will my sister and my partner who often ordered little surprises for us. The offer is great and over the years I have never needed to contact customer service.

Thank you for the fast shipping and delivery. The samples are a nice touch. However, areas for improvement are the website's visuals which are not modern enough, and the pricing offer (sometimes more expensive) and the pricing system with delivery.

Very rich catalog of quality products, responsive, competent, and really pleasant customer service, relevant and interesting communications. The weak point in my opinion, as mentioned earlier, is the navigation on the site, especially regarding the wishlist: being redirected to the initial page after simply viewing one of the products on the list, no possibility to add items directly to the cart from the list (you have to access the product sheet to add the item to the cart). I love your site, but I find that the searches still have a lot of improvements to make, for example when I type SPF, many products are missing, fortunately I know which ones I want to look at, so I end up typing the exact name in the bar, they do not necessarily appear when I type a keyword that characterizes them. I also noticed that many products are often out of stock. Then I am quite disappointed with the samples on orders of 150, 200 euros or more. When I compare them to those received for an order of 45/50€, they are almost the same, there are just 2 more. The response from MonCornerB was that in this form there was no problem, while we now know that for products that may be ingested (like lipsticks), it can potentially be problematic. I found this response frankly disappointing from a site that advocates clean beauty. Other than that, I love your guiding principles, the products you offer, your graphic charter, the delivery is top and fast, the packages are very well wrapped and neat, customer service is impeccable when there are order issues, I love browsing your site! I easily found the products I was looking for.

Very expensive shipping fees.

The range is a bit short, I would like to find more brands on the e-shop.
