I find the customer service very responsive, the site well designed, and I like that there is a choice of brands; however, I find it unfortunate that the points system gets lost every year, and the fact that no free product or attention is offered when placing an order of €200. This is what sometimes leads me to order from other sites. Because samples are not attentions for loyal customers.
