I ordered products from the brand ODACITE: the rose exfoliating mask and the rose/neroli face mist. The jar of the mask was open and three-quarters full. I must admit that I had questions!! ...No safety seal.. These products are organic, quite expensive, so when you notice such a thing upon receipt,... The rose scent that I was supposed to find in the mask is not there at all and when I applied it to my face, I couldn't find the scrubbing effect!!! I am honestly bewildered.

Odacité products do not have a seal, however, their production is subject to rigorous quality controls and this does not alter the quality of the product. The product you received contains 50ml. We really like this treatment which allows you to achieve a true baby skin! We recommend applying it in a thin layer on the face and leaving it on for 10 minutes, it is very gentle on the skin. Beautiful product catalog, the site's visuals are clear and elegant, very fast delivery. Another appreciated point, always a lot of varied samples (unlike other sites that only give one or two and even if you're lucky, or 3x the same, which loses its interest). Small downside for which I take away one star: for some brands, many products are out of stock, sometimes for a long time (while they can be found elsewhere, which suggests that it is not the brand that is out of stock but rather the restocking that is the issue)

I had to redo my cart no less than 6 times because shipping fees were charged even though the total amount of my order should have exempted me from them. However, the phone service is top-notch, I spoke with Mélodie who tried to find a solution and ultimately refunded me the shipping fees directly.

Practical, easy to access. Prices are a bit high but of good quality. Maybe offer a bit more promotion... You often have to reach a minimum of €150 to access preferential prices or benefits. This is not within everyone's budget. Delivery times can be a bit long.
