Hello, I remain a customer of the site but I realize that I can sometimes find the same products with promotional offers elsewhere. I find it a shame that the vouchers we have thanks to accumulated points are not valid for longer. There are regularly things I would have liked to order that are no longer available on the site. The offer of samples or goodies given for X purchase is very often the same, like for the advent calendar. I was very disappointed with certain product/packaging quality like gressa for example or a beetroot lip ink...

Very good experience. However, it is difficult to return to the previous page after clicking on product previews. You have to enter or click again on the category that interests you to scroll through the products in your catalog. On mobile, when you click on a product page and a large popup appears with a promo code for a certain brand, it is really really annoying. Last point that I did not appreciate at all. The samples.
