I had to redo my cart no less than 6 times because shipping fees were charged even though the total amount of my order should have exempted me from them. However, the phone service is top-notch, I spoke with Mélodie who tried to find a solution and ultimately refunded me the shipping fees directly.

Practical, easy to access. Prices are a bit high but of good quality. Maybe offer a bit more promotion... You often have to reach a minimum of €150 to access preferential prices or benefits. This is not within everyone's budget. Delivery times can be a bit long.

I love your site, but there are many products that are victims of their success and I don't know if restocking happens regularly. Otherwise, great, everything makes you want to try!

Very good site for Green products. The customer service is great. The only downside is that promo codes should be a percentage and not a fixed amount. This would avoid splitting orders.
