Following an error with my order, the site was very responsive in finding a solution. I had a return to make which at first seemed cumbersome but I was able to do it from my mailbox in the end so it was easy and I was well compensated in the product exchange. For my other orders, I have never had any problems and I appreciate being able to have samples. I recommend.

Never disappointed by the site, the shipping of items is very fast. A small downside is that there seems to be less product choice than before, and quite a few products (or shades) are out of stock.
