I ordered products from the brand ODACITE: the rose exfoliating mask and the rose/neroli face mist. The jar of the mask was open and three-quarters full. I must admit that I had questions!! ...No safety seal.. These products are organic, quite expensive, so when you notice such a thing upon receipt,... The rose scent that I was supposed to find in the mask is not there at all and when I applied it to my face, I couldn't find the scrubbing effect!!! I am honestly bewildered.

I ordered on another site (and it's not a big brand) the same day as my order with you, another beauty product and it took 2 days to a relay point and yours took more than 10 days, which is very long.
