As always, I am delighted from A to Z with my corner, if e-commerce were always like this, it would be paradise! Customer service is adorable, very attentive, multiplied attentions in the package, a beautiful choice of carefully selected products, a super well-designed site, delivery is always super fast! Everything is perfect! Just often out of stock products, that's the only small criticism, stock management ;-)

I've said it before but everything is impeccable. From the site to the receipt of the order. There is just one thing that could still be improved to simplify the site's ergonomics: make it so that when we see the orders we have placed, we can click on the product name to access the page that allows us to see the benefits of the product, because it is not mentioned on the product or its packaging... At least, not in detail. This type of consultation must, therefore, be frequent and it would be simpler to put, in the summary of past orders, the product names as hyperlinks because otherwise, it forces you to copy the name, go to the homepage of the site, paste the name in the search bar, and then choose the product sheet to consult (it's way too long and complex). It would also be nice if the hyperlinks on the site opened directly in a new window. That's all I had to say.

I am super happy to have found this site, it is exactly what I was looking for. So far, I have only ordered lipsticks, but I am about to order many other things.

High-quality products, bio-ethical and not tested on animals. However, there is a lack of entry-level products at affordable prices. Organic does not necessarily mean expensive!!! I will continue to willingly buy on this site for very specific products but will go to their direct competitor for everyday items (shampoo, shower gel, etc...) because they have managed to combine luxury and entry-level.
