I really liked the whole process for selecting a mosquito net with a very specific use, as it was intended for a bedridden person with healthcare assistance. Lourdes assisted me by email and phone, attentive, careful, and very professional in the advice. She reserved the mosquito net until the final decision. Quick sending of product and invoice. Without a doubt, a trustworthy, specialized company with commitment.

We are very happy with the bed mosquito net. Only folding the ring to store it is complicated for us and the instructions for that could be improved.

Perfect. Superior structure of rods that keeps the fabric extended without creating folds or excess. Good finishing on the seams. Translucent fabric, you can see well through it and it ventilates correctly.

Customer service/experience of 10. I made a purchase of an impregnated mosquito net for my daughter, and the next day they found one for her so I wanted to cancel the order. I called Mosquito House and although the order was about to be shipped, they retrieved my order and canceled it immediately. I also immediately received the refund via Bizum. Lourdes attended to me and she is fantastic!

The delivery has been very fast and the mosquito net is just as described. It fits perfectly where I wanted to install it. Maybe it lacks some weights at the bottom so that the air doesn't move it.

The mid bangaal net came without any instructions to install the metal crown, there is not an obvious way to install this item so the net has become unusable and the website also does not offer instructions about this. 2hrs and still no luck with install. Poor that there are no instructions and frustrated to say the least. Please help me
