I received it when they no longer needed it. I requested online on Tuesday, June 2nd in the afternoon, setting a delivery time of 24/48 hours. In the end, it arrived by GLS on Monday, June 8th around 6 PM. I needed it for Saturday night. That is my evaluation, not so much for the product which I haven't even opened, but for the late delivery.

Dear Harry, There is no contact telephone number in your order and this is a must for the forwarder. We sent you two emails asking for it and had no reply so we canceled your order so you received the notification and you could contact us. So it is not that we really canceled your order, it was just a way of contacting you. Please give us your phone number and we will ship your order immediately. We cannot make any shipment without this.

The mid bangaal net came without any instructions to install the metal crown, there is not an obvious way to install this item so the net has become unusable and the website also does not offer instructions about this. 2hrs and still no luck with install. Poor that there are no instructions and frustrated to say the least. Please help me
