I found the idea rather nice to represent the tables through cartoons, mental images. But I was disappointed because while doing the experience with my 8-year-old daughter, I realize that there are too many cartoons and she doesn't necessarily remember the story. She needs to listen to it several times. And yet I only did one table with her. She likes the cartoons but they are a bit fast and especially she forgot the story when we come back to it later, when I ask her the question: so 3x8=?
