Fast delivery, no worries. Starting on the site was a bit complicated, the first explanatory video was impossible to read, it stopped every 10 seconds. The videos of the tables themselves are correct. Too bad the site is only accessible for a month, which is insufficient for my daughter (eight years old and multi dys) to learn all her tables. The customer service contacted me to see if everything was okay, they extended the access time to the site due to the problems encountered, great. It's difficult to learn 3 tables a day as recommended, in addition to homework (too much for my daughter). If I had to do it again, I would order during the holidays so she only has that to do. In the end, the method seems to work, even if it took more time than announced to learn them. And above all, it's no longer a punishment for her to learn her tables, she is the one asking to do Multimalin!

You bought this method because you needed help so I feel responsible to ensure that you have used the approach as recommended. Did you properly carry out the verbalization step which consists of using language (talking/telling) while looking at the image or video? Indeed, our brain needs language to create mental images. Without this, the method cannot work. Can you check that you have animated the memorization sessions with language referring to the model provided by the author in this short video? The person on the phone is charming and does everything she can to help but personally, I have a big problem with the carrier. They are clearly delegating.... No one knows where the package is.
