your site is easy to use. My son is very happy to be able to practice on the computer and use the card games with us. A big thank you for your work, he has gained confidence in himself. He now knows all his multiplication tables thanks to the stories, we are amazed to hear him tell us this one. In 3 weeks it was settled. We have been struggling for months to teach him and with your method everything is resolved. Schools should use it!! We are now going to start conjugation.

Your message of dissatisfaction regarding our services hurts because we are victims, like you, of a postal fault for which we are not at all responsible.
The person from customer service advised you to contact your postal center with the tracking number we gave you because with a bit of luck it might be there.
But it is surely a theft.
It will be very complicated for us to get reimbursed for the costs we incurred for the delivery because we have to open an investigation... The Multimalin editions have therefore lost 25 euros for this delivery which has not been made visibly despite the tracking indicating a status
