I found the idea rather nice to represent the tables through cartoons, mental images. But I was disappointed because while doing the experience with my 8-year-old daughter, I realize that there are too many cartoons and she doesn't necessarily remember the story. She needs to listen to it several times. And yet I only did one table with her. She likes the cartoons but they are a bit fast and especially she forgot the story when we come back to it later, when I ask her the question: so 3x8=? Remember the story, it remains difficult to memorize. Too bad!

For the method to work correctly, we recommend memorizing 2 to 3 multiplications per day and reviewing the previously learned multiplications during the various memorization sessions. It is also very important to have the child verbalize. Have them tell the stories in their own words, ask them questions.... And if a child cannot find the results, then give them hints.
