No subject regarding the receipt of the order.
However, I don't find the site very intuitive, it's difficult to know at first how to retrieve and use your purchase.

I bought the multimalin and the planet of Alphas. The manipulatives are very good, of good quality and the method is effective. The downside concerns the videos. For the multimalin, the DVD bugs at times, the films are too fast and there is no possibility of automatic playback. For the planet of Alphas, the cartoon looks very very old, the quality is frankly poor and the DVD also bugs.

Hello,
I am sorry, there was indeed a delivery problem. The product had been shipped but we made an error on the delivery address by putting the country 'France' instead of 'Germany' (it is checked 'France' by default and we rarely deliver to Germany since it is not a French-speaking country).
I have just urgently reshipped the method to you, offering you the storage box (value of the gift = 5 euros).
