The person on the phone is charming and does everything she can to help but personally, I have a big problem with the carrier. They are clearly delegating.... No one knows where the package is. Private carrier sends an email to reschedule the delivery but does not recognize the package numbers and this has happened twice. I have spent a lot of time and already twice and I still do not have the package. On the phone, they tell me that you are responsible and that it is up to you to help me resolve the problem. However, I must say, the person who answers at your end is GREAT and tries to help but faces the same problem as I do...

Hello, the navigation on the site is very good, it's clear... Quick delivery... For now, we have looked at and started learning the multiplication tables, my daughter recorded quickly, it's impressive, even I love it and remember images, well done for this great idea. However, it's a pity that the tables are not complete, for example: there is 4x5 but not 5x4, or there is 3x5 but not 5x3, for the child it is not obvious to know that reversing the numbers gives the same result, especially since the image no longer corresponds to the same thing and yet the same result... It's great!!! Used for my eldest daughter 5 years ago. Now it's with my daughter in CE1 for multiplication that we learn all the stories. It still works just as well.
