Good evening, I ordered the complete pack but when I look at the multiplication tables with my granddaughter, there are download problems and it's very slow to watch the video. By mistake, I also ordered 'Learn to memorize like a champion' which I already had in the complete pack. Can you exchange it for something else? Thank you for your response.

The method is nice but the installation on several devices for the family is not practical... and the DVD/CD is outdated because new PCs no longer have a reader!

I bought the multimalin and the planet of Alphas. The manipulatives are very good, of good quality and the method is effective. The downside concerns the videos. For the multimalin, the DVD bugs at times, the films are too fast and there is no possibility of automatic playback. For the planet of Alphas, the cartoon looks very very old, the quality is frankly poor and the DVD also bugs.
