The following days, due to a failure of the transport company, Sending, the delivery attempts that should have been made were not made. I did everything possible to have it delivered as soon as possible through claims to Sending. This type of error does not usually happen as we have contracted the 24 h delivery service. Good morning Juan, 24.90 is the normal price of the shipping costs of the surfboard you bought, it is not a supplement, as all surfboards must travel with insurance and special packaging. Regarding the deadline, you placed your order on August 8 at 13h13, being after 12h30, it left as scheduled the next day, the 9th, and on the 10th at 16h43 they tried to deliver it to you. As there was no one at your address, Sending contacted you and arranged with you to deliver the next day, the 11th. Your package was delivered on the 11th at 16h48. I am sorry that you are disappointed by our service, but please note that the 48 hours deadline has been met, which could have been 24 hours if it had been delivered the first time, on the 10th.

The purchase on the web without problems. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I do not put 5 stars as the 24hours shipping took a week to arrive. More than five calls to the shipping company, a 902 by the way, at my expense.
I will buy again but I hope they improve the shipping or if not I will choose another shipping method when purchasing.

I have reviewed this second order for a LOST surfboard, I see that the announced deadline has been met. It was ordered on 3/05/2017 and delivered on 13/06/2017, with a lead time of 5 1/2 weeks for an advertised 4-6 weeks to manufacture.
