Hi Julian, Could you please give us more details about the reasons for your dissatisfaction on the second order? I have reviewed this second order for a LOST surfboard, I see that the announced deadline has been met. It was ordered on 3/05/2017 and delivered on 13/06/2017, with a lead time of 5 1/2 weeks for an advertised 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

I was charged for a product that was not in stock. I was also sent an email stating that my order had been shipped. Until I contacted them (and they were slow to respond) they did not inform me of the incident. It was a bad experience because the item in my order was a gift.
