Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are sorry that the return process did not meet your expectations. Although we currently do not generate return labels, we have a very flexible return policy: we offer 100 days to return a product, far beyond the 14 days required by law.

To make a return, you just need to send us the product with the carrier of your choice — it can be Correos or another company that is more convenient for you.

We want to clarify that the additional charge of €9 was because you requested to change the initial shipping method (2-3 days) to an express one to receive your order in 24 hours. The transport you originally selected was correct, but when you requested an urgent change, the corresponding difference was applied.
