I ordered a polyurethane resin for repairs on the surfboard but it arrived hardened so I complained to them by whatsapp and they attended me very well but they sent me another can that was hardened I contacted them again and they sent me a third can with which they made a video opening it so I could see that it was not hardened. They sent it to me again by GLS but I was not at home so I got a message which I could not see because it was in the mail spam .... In short, it was quite an odyssey but I have to admit that they did their best to solve it and they did not abandon me at any moment.

Before I found Mundo surf I went through several other shops in the region and often times they were trying to sell me the goods that did not match my needs.
