I don't put less because I can't, I receive a product of very poor quality and a different color, and they tell me that's what it is, that if I want to return it, the return costs will be at my expense, shameful to say the least, I will never buy here again. I do not recommend it at all.

We want to clarify that both the material and the color of the item are correctly indicated on the product sheet on our website. In the specific case of the black color, the shade may vary slightly depending on the light and the device from which the images are viewed, something common in product photography.
In no case is it our style or our way of working to say 'that's what it is.' What we did was offer you, in the clearest and most correct way possible, the option to make the return, explaining the procedure according to our return policy, which applies equally to all customers.
