The following days, due to a failure of the transport company, Sending, the delivery attempts that should have been made were not made. Good morning Juan, 24.90 is the normal price of the shipping costs of the surfboard you bought, it is not a supplement, as all surfboards must travel with insurance and special packaging. Regarding the deadline, you placed your order on August 8 at 13h13, being after 12h30, it left as scheduled the next day, the 9th, and on the 10th at 16h43 they tried to deliver it to you. As there was no one at your address, Sending contacted you and arranged with you to deliver the next day, the 11th. Your package was delivered on the 11th at 16h48. I am sorry that you are disappointed by our service, but please note that the 48 hours deadline has been met, which could have been 24 hours if it had been delivered the first time, on the 10th.
