Hi Julian, Could you please give us more details about the reasons for your dissatisfaction on the second order? I have reviewed this second order for a LOST surfboard, I see that the announced deadline has been met. It was ordered on 3/05/2017 and delivered on 13/06/2017, with a lead time of 5 1/2 weeks for an advertised 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

I placed the order on a Thursday morning, on Friday morning Sending indicated that my order was in delivery and I would receive it that same day. It did not arrive in the morning so I called them to see if they could tell me the estimated time of delivery since I had to leave, they gave me a cell phone number that no one answered all afternoon and the order did not arrive. On Monday my order was back in delivery and pending delivery that same day, no one answered the cell phone and no one delivered the order. It finally arrived Tuesday morning and the packaging was a large plastic envelope which is fine as long as it is transported carefully. The plastic envelope of the lock I bought was broken, the lock was fine but the kerosene tablets had waxed the leash!!!! Not to complain but neither is the state nor the way in which in my opinion the order should be delivered, especially if you commit to deliver the order in 48h. I remember having a better experience with Tipsa, I think it was called, with my previous order, on your part great, thanks!

With the store everything was fine, they were concerned about calling me because I did not receive the order. But I want you to know that there were problems with the courier company. On Wednesday I called to make sure that it would arrive on Thursday, they told me that yes, that the error in the address (my fault) is already corrected and it would be delivered. On Thursday it did not arrive, I also called to remind them that I needed it for Friday and they did not deliver it. So, I had to go to pick it up 30 km away from my home.
