All good, good customer service, delivery on time.

I don't give it 5 stars because the navigation through the App is complicated and it lacks some information about the orders that appears in the wwb.

Medium/bom . Only the return of the 70 of the Fcs2 template was missing...:(. I am waiting for the return of the value 70.

Ho ordinato 3 diversi surfskate, più di 900 di spesa, (notare nessuno sconto sulla consegna pur con una spesa elevata); sono arrivati 2 skate uguali per errore.
Disponibili e celeri nel ritiro di quello sbagliato ma aspetto che mi spediscano quello giusto solo dopo che ricevono quello ritirato (non si fidano?).
Grande disagio per il ritardo perché era un regalo, ovviamente arriverà quello giusto troppo tardi...

Completely disappointed by my purchase from mundo-surf, which I chose for its "real-time stock management" and 2-4 day delivery if the order was placed before I don't know what time of day.
One of the products wasn't available, so the order was put on stand-by while waiting for mundo surf to contact me" problem: nobody contacted me (not even an automatic e-mail), I realized it myself 4 days later (fortunately, I could have waited a long time for my order otherwise...). So I contacted the after-sales service, which asked me for the color of the replacement fins and told me they'd leave the same day. I asked for faster delivery in compensation, and was told yes, but in the end the delivery was the same. The next day I receive an e-mail asking me to choose another color for the fin... it really feels like they're screwing with our heads. In short, they're unable to make a commercial gesture and the order arrives in 13 days instead of 2 to 4...

I found myself very bad . Very unprofessional . Ordered a surfboard on November 29 (they were giving me delivery within 1 week) we are on October 25 still has not arrived . I was told that the board was shipped on October 4 when instead it left on October 14 .. unprofessional .. moreover they did not even offer me a small refund for the mishap . I will definitely not order anything from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone .. hello to never again .!!

I bought some products in the first week of september. It was written that I had to wait 1 week for the shape of the products and then 4-5 days for the shipment. After 1 month I still haven't received anything. In addition I have been contacted as one of the product I ordered was not available in the color I picked. In the first purchase, once I had chosen a product I had to change it for another one due to an error made by Almazan, and in the second purchase I was retained double the amount of the purchase in my account due to another error made by who knows who !!!!.

Fatal, it said three to 4 weeks, they made the board wrong, then they told me two weeks, it took 4 weeks, they told me they were going to send me a t-shirt, they didn't send anything. i got the board two months later, with the killas that i didn't ask for, fp of 2 and they gave me three.

I had to cancel the order and from mundo surf they attended me correctly and gave me a full refund. I will buy here again without a doubt.

I bought the kit to repair the board and following the videos on youtube I got a very good repair. Thank you!
On the downside I would say that the youtube link redirected me to the kit without catalytic converter and I had to buy it when I realized.
