Hi Felix, I'm sorry the product isn't to your liking. For a next time, if you pay by Paypal, the return costs are refunded by Paypal. Concerning the delivery time, your order was placed on Friday August 10th at 11:17 am, and the package left the same day. August 15th being a holiday, you should have received the package on Thursday August 16th (the delivery time for France being 2-3 days), and not on the 17th. We apologize for the delay, and hope to see you again on mundo-surf.com.

Hello Federico and thank you for your review! Shipping costs are free for orders over 99 and delivery in mainland Spain, excluding foam and pre-shape. In your case the order was 65, so the system has charged you shipping. The return is free for orders paid by Paypal, according to the conditions of the service offered by Paypal. Regards Laura
