Bad experience with a watch that's not workin'. They don't wanna make a change of product after 2 months. Simply doens't work. And they have a comunication that's seems a lawyer with a client. I teied a lot to male a change. But they said the price was down... so they sell this broken battery watch to you go to comunicate with the assistence of Rip curl. Boo!

Good morning Oscar, You claimed us a guarantee for some booties that you had broken because they were too small (which you confirmed to me by email) and anyway we did the commercial gesture of changing them and also not for the size you had bought but for two sizes more. According to the terms of payment surf first and pay later the customer is charged a week after the order has been sent, but as you live in the Canary Islands the package has taken longer to arrive at your address and that is why they have made you pay before.
