Hello Luis Miguel and thank you for your order, the issue of shipping to the Canary Islands is slow if we want to offer an economical and affordable price. To be able to deliver to the Canary Islands in 2-5 days, you have to go through a private carrier and send the goods by plane. Nothing more than DUA is 50, plus at least 40-50 shipping costs. For this reason we do not even offer this option. It is true that the postal service is slow, but for the price it is the most profitable. Regards Laura

Hello Federico and thank you for your review! Shipping costs are free for orders over 99 and delivery in mainland Spain, excluding foam and pre-shape. In your case the order was 65, so the system has charged you shipping. The return is free for orders paid by Paypal, according to the conditions of the service offered by Paypal. Regards Laura

I will definitely order again from mundo surf, everything is correct in terms of delivery time, order, etc... Very professional and very good products. The only negative point is not having received any discount for the next purchase, since the order amounted to 200 euros. I imagined that they would send me one, but it has not been so ... I know that other online stores do it when you exceed a purchase of more than 100 euros. Otherwise everything was great.

The foam has arrived with two pecks on the bottom. It was well packed and the box had no damage so I deduce that they were done before packing and subsequent shipment. I prefer to fill them before the wrapping to return the product and I hope more care for the future. On the other hand the box with the rest of materials has arrived in very bad condition, broken and half open, although the only damage has been that the resin cans have arrived dented but without bursting. I ask again for more care for the future.
I have to say that with two other orders I have made different to this one, the products arrived in perfect condition and quickly. Best regards.
