Regarding the deadline, you placed your order on August 8 at 13h13, being after 12h30, it left as scheduled the next day, the 9th, and on the 10th at 16h43 they tried to deliver it to you. As there was no one at your address, Sending contacted you and arranged with you to deliver the next day, the 11th. Your package was delivered on the 11th at 16h48. I am sorry that you are disappointed by our service, but please note that the 48 hours deadline has been met, which could have been 24 hours if it had been delivered the first time, on the 10th.

The purchase on the web without problems. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I do not put 5 stars as the 24hours shipping took a week to arrive. More than five calls to the shipping company, a 902 by the way, at my expense.

I placed the order on a Thursday morning, on Friday morning Sending indicated that my order was in delivery and I would receive it that same day. It did not arrive in the morning so I called them to see if they could tell me the estimated time of delivery since I had to leave, they gave me a cell phone number that no one answered all afternoon and the order did not arrive. On Monday my order was back in delivery and pending delivery that same day, no one answered the cell phone and no one delivered the order. It finally arrived Tuesday morning and the packaging was a large plastic envelope which is fine as long as it is transported carefully. The plastic envelope of the lock I bought was broken, the lock was fine but the kerosene tablets had waxed the leash!!!! Not to complain but neither is the state nor the way in which in my opinion the order should be delivered, especially if you commit to deliver the order in 48h. I remember having a better experience with Tipsa, I think it was called, with my previous order, on your part great, thanks!
