When you place an order with shipping to the Canary Islands it is specified that the shipment may have customs costs in addition to the payment of the Canary Islands tax. With this you receive a notice from Customs to send the documentation they request and that when you send it the shipment is unlocked so you can receive it.
We understand that it is somewhat tedious but this does not depend neither on the carrier nor on us.

I ordered a polyurethane resin for repairs on the surfboard but it arrived hardened so I complained to them by whatsapp and they attended me very well but they sent me another can that was hardened I contacted them again and they sent me a third can with which they made a video opening it so I could see that it was not hardened. They sent it to me again by GLS but I was not at home so I got a message which I could not see because it was in the mail spam .... In short, it was quite an odyssey but I have to admit that they did their best to solve it and they did not abandon me at any moment.
