I have tried the board and am very pleased , they just didn't do the round toe back as we specifically requested, and the carrier left the board with a neighbor without contacting me if I agreed. I found that my neighbor had something in the yard for me and a piece of paper in the mailbox afterwards that said where it had been left.

The order was correct, but the management was regular. I ordered some products in particular and they were writing me by whatsapp because they were not clear exactly which model was the one I had ordered... Little clarity in the payment method "easy payment by card", which delays the order in general. In the end the order came out a week later, even with the Christmas holidays, not very efficient management.

Hi, I'm giving 3 stars because when I received the package they made me pay an amount that I didn't even expect to have to pay since the supposed shipping costs had already been charged to me along with the price of the package. Even so, the material arrived in perfect condition and I loved it but I was annoyed to have to pay more.

Hello Aaron, what you have been charged upon delivery of the package are the taxes of the Canary Islands (IGIC, 7% of the invoice), and customs charges. If you look at the payment page, you do not pay us the VAT and when you choose the carrier "correos", we indicate that you will have to pay these expenses IGIC and customs upon delivery of the package. No problem whatsoever with mundo surf, it is a shame that you work with that delivery company in Pontevedra, some rude, liars, I had to move 20 kms to go get my bodyboard, vo as in the warehouse treated everything kicked, the cardboard box of my order had 2 holes, the bodyboard was fine by miracle. A pity, I liked the attention of mundo surf but I will never again buy anything online that is delivered by the company that you have contracted here. Thank you very much for everything, mundo surf very well.
