I have been ordering regularly from this site for three years now. I received a "torn" lens on delivery for which I took a photo the same day when I opened the parcel.
I sent an e-mail to the after-sales service, which refused to accept the claim because I had the same problem in 2019. I'm not exactly 30 euros short of the mark, but I'm rather suspicious of the way a brand's after-sales service handles a claim. I just find it totally unprofessional and scandalous. You're losing a customer with three years' seniority over a 30-euro issue. I think that's ridiculous. I wish you all the best for the future. Sincerely

I am very satisfied with the lenses. They are comfortable. The quality/price ratio is excellent.
I was a fan of Solotica, but the cost and especially the shipping were a deterrent. With Obsession Lentilles, the look is the same as with Solotica, i.e. very natural. What's more, shipping is super-fast. Plus, there are promo codes. So far, I can only see one drawback: with correction, there's less choice for colors. But otherwise, I recommend it.

Very serious site I've been ordering my lenses for over a year now, and the delivery time is fast. For coloured soft lenses that last 3 months ....personnellement non! A month 1/2 at the most, for comfort! I'm short-sighted and have been wearing hard lenses for 40 years!
I tried to change and I don't regret it! My eyes are hazel and I chose the seduction sky color with contour! The result is very natural!
