I contacted customer service for a technical problem and I never received a response

My package was not delivered on time. UPS was in the area delivering packages and they drove past my house while I was standing at the door and was home. I was leaving for vacation that evening. The tracking said 'attempted delivery' while that was not the case at all. I also contacted you, but have not heard anything from you.

10 days later, I still haven't received my package.

The product is of good quality, however the delivery is 0. My package was sent to another parcel relay. I sent an email and I never received a response.

At first, the dresses I wanted to buy were not available, then I accepted another option. The received models were very poorly sewn, there were even holes in the stitching.

Very fast, and the person I gave it to is also very satisfied.

I am generally satisfied with the items themselves, but I cannot overlook a delivery problem that really spoiled the experience for me. I had deliberately chosen and paid for a 24-hour home delivery option, precisely because my schedule did not allow me to travel. Imagine my surprise when I received a notice indicating that my package had been dropped off at a post office. Chrono Post, the designated carrier, simply did not fulfill its mission. What deeply bothers me is that if I had wanted to pick up my package at a drop-off point, I would have chosen that option from the start — cheaper and just as convenient. I therefore paid a premium for a service that I did not receive, and I still had to travel during a time when every hour counted for me. I understand that logistics providers can sometimes be beyond your control, but it is My Qamis that collected the delivery surcharge, and therefore it is up to My Qamis to take responsibility. I sincerely hope that you will take this inconvenience into account and make a commercial gesture that reflects this. That would be the mark of a brand that cares about its customers.

So for the items I am very happy, they were perfect but unfortunately for the delivery it was a complete mess because I had paid for express delivery to have it delivered to my home, I had to go pick up the package at least 3 km from my house

Sorry but the box is not the same as the one shown on the site, I received a small box with the items stacked inside,

Their customer service is extremely slow to respond via their contact form. I opted for express delivery and paid an extra fee, but instead of the usual 24 hours, I received my package in 3 days. As it was too late to wear it and even to get a refund, I returned the package the very next day. Unfortunately, the refund also takes a lot of time, despite the speed with which I returned the package.

The sizes do not match what is done on other e-shops

I have honestly never seen such a cheap worthless qamis. A shame for my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything here. Nothing is right about the website and the return policy is super unclear. No second time for me.

I ordered 2 qamis of two different sizes. In the end, they arrived in the same size and it's impossible to find a contact to exchange or anything else.

The qamis is of good quality, it is beautiful, but I take away 2 stars because I ordered it in black and I received it in gray.

One of the qamis ordered already has two buttons loose and the djellaba has the central seams coming undone (I haven't washed them in the machine yet)...

Every order must pay for shipping which is not correct even for exchanges they don't even make any concessions.

Article much too large compared to the announced size

Very poorly packaged. Not enough tape. Qamis at 60€ in a market plastic without a pin to keep it straight while it's a gift. I should have bought one for 20€, it's the same.

Shipping costs were already 20 euros and then I still have to pay 10 euros at the door for UPS

Too bad I ordered an outfit for 6/9 months and received an outfit for 1 year. However, very good quality of the outfits.

The qamis didn't even last a year before all the buttons came off.

Material is not cashmere as written but polyester, I will not buy it again
