The buttons are too big compared to the buttonholes! conclusion: forced to change the 5 buttons, replaced by snaps, because the buttonholes are sewn too lightly.

3 shirts ordered, the 2 black ones were good. Unfortunately, the white one arrived torn at the bottom. In the meantime, I have taken it to a sewing machine shop in the hope that they can repair it.

My package was not delivered on time. UPS was in the area delivering packages and they drove past my house while I was standing at the door and was home. I was leaving for vacation that evening. The tracking said 'attempted delivery' while that was not the case at all. I also contacted you, but have not heard anything from you.

Their customer service is extremely slow to respond via their contact form. I opted for express delivery and paid an extra fee, but instead of the usual 24 hours, I received my package in 3 days. As it was too late to wear it and even to get a refund, I returned the package the very next day. Unfortunately, the refund also takes a lot of time, despite the speed with which I returned the package.
