I am generally satisfied with the items themselves, but I cannot overlook a delivery problem that really spoiled the experience for me. I had deliberately chosen and paid for a 24-hour home delivery option, precisely because my schedule did not allow me to travel. Imagine my surprise when I received a notice indicating that my package had been dropped off at a post office. Chrono Post, the designated carrier, simply did not fulfill its mission. What deeply bothers me is that if I had wanted to pick up my package at a drop-off point, I would have chosen that option from the start — cheaper and just as convenient. I therefore paid a premium for a service that I did not receive, and I still had to travel during a time when every hour counted for me. I understand that logistics providers can sometimes be beyond your control, but it is My Qamis that collected the delivery surcharge, and therefore it is up to My Qamis to take responsibility. I sincerely hope that you will take this inconvenience into account and make a commercial gesture that reflects this. That would be the mark of a brand that cares about its customers.

So for the items I am very happy, they were perfect but unfortunately for the delivery it was a complete mess because I had paid for express delivery to have it delivered to my home, I had to go pick up the package at least 3 km from my house

The qamis is of good quality, it is beautiful, but I take away 2 stars because I ordered it in black and I received it in gray.

Very poorly packaged. Not enough tape. Qamis at 60€ in a market plastic without a pin to keep it straight while it's a gift. I should have bought one for 20€, it's the same.

Too bad I ordered an outfit for 6/9 months and received an outfit for 1 year. However, very good quality of the outfits.

Regarding the shipment of orders, quite fast, however the clothing sizes are a bit small. And unfortunately, there is no information integrated into the clothing about the material of the clothing, the washing temperature recommendations, drying, etc. Over time, users may make mistakes and apply incorrect instructions

I ordered on Wednesday and paid €10 to receive it in 48 hours, it arrived on Tuesday knowing that I had already left for Mecca on Monday, not a problem at all this will allow me to give it to someone upon my return. Good continuation to you insha ALLAH

I am disappointed with the quality of the fabric because I have the same one in gray but it feels nothing like it. It doesn't feel like cotton or at least it shouldn't be 100% cotton. It must have some synthetic material. The cut is not identical to the first model I bought in gray yet it's the same size.

The sets are beautiful but run very large. The exchange was complicated (payment for 2 deliveries and 1 return), this size issue should be mentioned to avoid these inconveniences.

Delivery is fast and there is a lot of product choice. The only problem is that the customer service number is missing to handle requests, to check the product before shipping, and to try to respond very quickly to customer messages.

Size too small. I returned the package for an exchange for XL

Nice Jabador for my sons but the finishes are very poorly done (threads sticking out everywhere and stains on the slippers.)
