The product is of good quality, however the delivery is 0. My package was sent to another parcel relay. I sent an email and I never received a response.
At first, the dresses I wanted to buy were not available, then I accepted another option. The received models were very poorly sewn, there were even holes in the stitching.
I am generally satisfied with the items themselves, but I cannot overlook a delivery problem that really spoiled the experience for me. I had deliberately chosen and paid for a 24-hour home delivery option, precisely because my schedule did not allow me to travel. Imagine my surprise when I received a notice indicating that my package had been dropped off at a post office. Chrono Post, the designated carrier, simply did not fulfill its mission. What deeply bothers me is that if I had wanted to pick up my package at a drop-off point, I would have chosen that option from the start — cheaper and just as convenient. I therefore paid a premium for a service that I did not receive, and I still had to travel during a time when every hour counted for me. I understand that logistics providers can sometimes be beyond your control, but it is My Qamis that collected the delivery surcharge, and therefore it is up to My Qamis to take responsibility. I sincerely hope that you will take this inconvenience into account and make a commercial gesture that reflects this. That would be the mark of a brand that cares about its customers.
So for the items I am very happy, they were perfect but unfortunately for the delivery it was a complete mess because I had paid for express delivery to have it delivered to my home, I had to go pick up the package at least 3 km from my house
Their customer service is extremely slow to respond via their contact form. I opted for express delivery and paid an extra fee, but instead of the usual 24 hours, I received my package in 3 days. As it was too late to wear it and even to get a refund, I returned the package the very next day. Unfortunately, the refund also takes a lot of time, despite the speed with which I returned the package.
The qamis is of good quality, it is beautiful, but I take away 2 stars because I ordered it in black and I received it in gray.
One of the qamis ordered already has two buttons loose and the djellaba has the central seams coming undone (I haven't washed them in the machine yet)...

Very poorly packaged. Not enough tape. Qamis at 60€ in a market plastic without a pin to keep it straight while it's a gift. I should have bought one for 20€, it's the same.

Hello, I thought I had knowledge that the qamis brand with the qamis logo on the product label, while the product I bought does not have a qamis label, it looks like I bought it at the market
I bought the Igo khaki set. I contacted customer service because the item started to pill after a few hours. Given the price, I don't find that acceptable. Customer service has still not responded to my return request.
I ordered a qamis and a jabador, attracted by the very affordable price. Unfortunately, the quality is not up to par. The fabric is okay, but the finishes leave much to be desired: there are threads sticking out everywhere, and the stitching of the jabador is particularly coarse, giving it a neglected appearance. It's a shame, as the models look nice at first glance, but the finishing work is clearly sloppy. For a religious garment or for a special occasion, one expects a minimum of care. At this price, I understand that you can't have high-end quality, but I think there are better options elsewhere for the same price.

Hello, I bought a qamis for myself, which was excellent and of good quality. However, I also bought a two-piece jabador for a child, but the quality was very poor: the collar closure was unstitched, sewing threads were sticking out everywhere, and the seams were not straight. It’s hard to do worse in terms of quality. I had bought it for the Eid celebration, but I ultimately did not use it.
Fast shipping, nothing to say about that, in 3-4 days it’s folded. But item with stains, seams done not expertly and if you need to return it’s at your expense
The photo of the white muslin djellaba is different from what I received, it's a djellaba that is more yellow than off-white, plus I don't have the style with the stripes. In the photo on your site, it is present opaque white

And unfortunately, there is no information integrated into the clothing about the material of the clothing, the washing temperature recommendations, drying, etc. Over time, users may make mistakes and apply incorrect instructions
