I chose Nanny Care because I had an urgent need and they guaranteed delivery within 24 to 48 hours. My parcel arrived a week later, and when I called customer service, they blamed the carrier, even though they knew they were closed for the holidays and couldn't deliver on time. Instead of mentioning this on their website, they preferred to lie about delivery times. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. As for Nanny Care, it seems to work fine.

Hello, there must have been a misunderstanding when you called... You ordered on Thursday 28/12; our announced delivery time is 24/48h + it was indicated on the site when you placed your order that there could be slightly longer delivery times during the holiday season. For your order, delivery 24/48h = delivery on friday 29/12 (24h) or tuesday 02/01 (48h). Your parcel was delivered on 03/01, therefore within 72 working hours. Monday 01/01 being a holiday. We are transparent with our customers and never lie! It's quite shocking to read these comments when our team works hard all year round, even during the holiday season, to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible!
