The site is very good. But when it comes to delivery, I have to pay 6€ for delivery and my parcel is in very bad condition. Fortunately the contents were not fragile.

The product I received was very good and the shipment was fast, but even though everything went well, I had chosen delivery by colissimo and they forced me to use dpd when I gave them my order, without asking me for my agreement beforehand. I didn't appreciate this imposed change, especially as I'm currently having problems with this carrier. On the other hand, the person I was in contact with was very pleasant and professional.

The product is what I expected and of good quality. However, I had a delivery problem: I had asked for colissimo delivery (i.e. by the French Post Office) so that I could have it delivered to my letterbox if I was absent. But my parcel was sent to me by the DPD carrier! So I had to be there to receive it! You can choose your delivery method, but why not respect it? It's a real shame...
