Very fast shipping. However, the box of my item was open (tape sealing the product cut). I have doubts about the new nature of the product.

Poor delivery

The alarm sometimes sounds several minutes after we've taken the baby out of bed!

Hello, the delivery did not go as planned. I had asked for a collection at a relay point on a certain date because we were not there (vacations). The parcel was thrown in front of my door and left outside for 7 days (not to mention the bad weather). The deliveryman didn't bother to phone either.

Everything was fine, but it was spoiled by the delivery On the site I selected a relay point and finally the parcel was delivered to another person This person didn't tell me anything I found out by phoning your customer service.

As reported directly to Nannycare, in addition to the problems of misleading price displays on the website (when ordering from abroad, all prices are displayed exclusive of tax without this being specified, and the pop-up window announcing "more than X euros to take advantage of free delivery" then gives misleading information), there is a major problem in the description of the product "réducteur de lit bébé - Little Chick". Indeed, the Nannycare website states that, "Thanks to this crib reducer, baby will feel cocooned in softness and security for a good night's sleep. However, on receipt of the product, I found that it is not actually recommended to let a baby sleep in this "reducer", except for times of "supervised naps" (due to the risk of suffocation). This is an essential point which is not mentioned at all on the Nannycare website (on the contrary, the description suggests that the device is suitable for night-time use). In addition to the sentence quoted above, two examples: "The cot reducer folds up to take up very little space, so you can take it with you wherever you go! It can also be used in an umbrella bed", "for baby's sleep periods, the cot reducer creates a secure environment during the 1st months, on the back, with the legs slightly raised above the low edge, this position will enable baby to digest better").On the phone, the Nannycare person who answered me was particularly unpleasant and told me that Nannycare was not responsible for the products sold on their site (!!). She also told me that the description would be corrected to specify that the product is not suitable if the baby is not supervised, yet here we are a week later (May 4, 2023), and nothing has been changed. I find all this particularly serious on the part of a company which makes its turnover on the (legitimate) fears of parents, by selling all sorts of safe accessories. As far as I'm concerned, trust is totally broken and I'll never recommend anything from Nannycare.

On the whole I'm happy with it, but sometimes when I take my daughter out of bed. The detector takes a long time to sound, which should be the opposite; it should sound immediately.

Hello, the package was delivered 8 days after the order (after Christmas) and my order was supposed to arrive with a teddy bear with a Christmas hat and it was replaced by adult Christmas socks!

Hello The parcel arrived on time but the cardboard package was open without any trace of tape or staples suggesting that it was sealed at the time of shipment ... Luckily the product packaging was intact Delivery service to improve ...

The site is okay but the delivery is unfortunately a big negative point that gives a bad image of the brand behind it is really too bad.

Deadline not met and no e-mail to inform me that it had arrived at the relay point....

I put three stars because of the delivery which almost reached two weeks whereas on the site it estimates between 24h and 48h.

Received the wrong item and difficult delivery to Belgium.

Product falsely marked available and in stock. I never received it and was reimbursed.

Order delivered very quickly. Customer service present before purchase - quick response - but completely absent after purchase.

My first review was rejected, as Nanny care doesn't like bad reviews. So I lowered the rating again.

After-sales service is non-existent or ineffective, which means that the customer is not respected! Refund requests (within the withdrawal period) are not met!

First delivery in very poor condition with the product received not corresponding to the order. But the service responded very quickly and in return for the wrong product, I received the right product (correct delivery without any damage to the packaging). Very good responsiveness.

Very good site, but delivery takes a long time.

Unfortunately I withdraw 2 star because the delivery was null and that I still did not receive my parcel, knowing that it is not the fault of the salesman I leave nevertheless 3 star

Very reassuring for parents, but being woken up in the middle of the night because our daughter has turned on her side and the monitor no longer detects her BOF. I should point out that it's installed correctly in the center of her bed, on a rigid plate as recommended. We've only been using it for 3 nights, so we're hoping this will be the only stressful episode.

Part of the order didn't match, so I had to provide proof of the preparation error, go back to the parcel relay to pick up the rest of the order and then send back what had been delivered by mistake ... 3 trips instead of one and no commercial gesture, what a shame!

dragon backpack ordered and dinosaur backpack received labeled dragon backpack!!! surely a labeling problem from stock it's a shame!!! being on vacation and really needing the bag I did not return it there is nothing to complain about the product it is very good.

Poor delivery, I had to call again to get my gift to its destination, but the customer service was efficient.

Don't promise 24 to 48 hours delivery when you're not sure of your delivery person. The parcel took 10 days to arrive! And what's more, I had ordered a Dinosaurs subject because it was available on the site, and it was only after payment that I was told it was no longer available... I had the choice between a refund (always complicated) and/or changing the subject... It's a pity because your product game was interesting ...

Very disappointed with the delivery: the parcel was left on our doorstep in the middle of the street, even though we're in the center of town. We could not have found it, it could have been faulty... for the price it's really disappointing! We haven't tested it yet. We bought it, thinking it would be a good solution for more peaceful nights. To be seen.

Product quality concerns, malfunctions.

Very bad experience. Ordered a monitor + videophone pack and received it without the videophone. Had to prove via calls/emails/photos to then receive videophone. The image is of very poor quality, even during the day. The image is very pixelated. I made a claim and was asked for photos, which I provided 2 times, and I was asked for new ones. Amazon has much better quality and much cheaper ones. I wouldn't recommend it.

Service and really suck I look to have bought from you a me to have an answer it's really abused and the problem never resolved, received the bed broken.

Alarm bracelet received with stains and noise of metal parts inside, told me it's normal the stains that it can happen and no response for the strange noise. I sent it back immediately the same day, and they refused to reimburse me for the 15 euros in postage by collissimo (heavy cardboard) on the pretext that it was a return on my part and not their fault! In short, they weren't serious, and didn't even offer to send me another bracelet, knowing that I'd paid 250 euros for something dubious to put on my 1-year-old baby's wrist! Very disappointed, especially as I'm a nanny care customer.

I didn't quite understand that there were 2 shippers - it's not easy when ordering.

Very fast delivery. Product as described but too small for my baby. Height 65cm and weight 7kg.
