The delivery time announced when ordering was not respected. Delivery 7 days after 48 to 72h announced.

Very dissatisfied with the way my order was processed.order not processed and store charging without having sent the order.several calls to tell me that the order has been sent with no tracking number available... Easier to blame the delivery company. After 7 working days of delivery instead of 2 as indicated on the site, I received the parcel. Complaint made by e-mail, no reply...In short, I think it's better to avoid this site.

A gesture on your part to reimburse me for these costs would be appreciated, a refund and not a credit note, because I sincerely believe that I will not recommend your site.

Problems receiving a parcel (not sent or mislaid?). After a month without any news, I sent an e-mail asking for an explanation. I was called back promptly. The item was sent back immediately and received very quickly with an apology gift. So very disappointed that the item didn't arrive in time (for a birthday...) but very satisfied with the after-sales service.

I had a problem with the delivery address, I wanted delivery to La Teste de Buch where the person I was giving this parcel to lives. I had ticked off a relay point on rue du Port in La Teste, but the parcel arrived at a relay point corresponding to my home address: the Vival store in Perilhac! The parcel was therefore sent from Cestas to Perilhac near Limoges, so that I was obliged to send it by post, at my own expense, back to La Teste near Cestas!When I placed my order, I found that it was very complicated to find the "point relais" checkbox. I even had to call Nanny Care, and someone explained to me where to find the "point relais" checkbox (it wasn't as intuitive as on other sites). I would have preferred if this person had suggested that I place my order directly with her over the phone, so I wouldn't have had to worry about delivery to the wrong place.

I changed the delivery address because it was not taken into account while I was on vacation.

The Nanny monitor is top-notch and reassuring, but we took it with the Alecto Baby Phone camera, which really disappointed us! There's no battery life, and at times the screen doesn't receive the camera's signal. Despite the offer we got when we bought the monitor and the Baby Phone, if we'd known we'd have bought a brand other than Alecto.

First of all I had to change the model of the product ordered after I had paid. Then my delivery (for a fee) was supposed to arrive between 24 and 48 hours, but it was postponed twice by the carrier.
