First time I saw this site. I found the product by doing a Google search. I regret not having looked at the return procedure if the product is not suitable because it's all at our expense! So the "satisfied and reimbursed" logo isn't very appropriate because with a 7 euro return fee I'm not going to get all my money back.

I haven't tested the monitor yet, but I had a problem with the delivery. The glasses, although fragile, were put directly into the same package as the monitor, without even the protection of a box or case.

I ordered a super mattress in February, delivered on time without any problem, but for this order, an amber necklace placed on September 18th, I had to contact nanny-care to find out when I was going to receive the parcel. I was supposed to receive it last week, but nothing happened. This week the parcel was sent, several euros in shipping costs to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours without this being the case and I had to call to find out why I was not receiving anything.
