Very good site, only downside the delivery service chosen (DPD) very bad company delivery problems as usual, too bad to go through them. I had to collect my parcel from a relay point even though I had opted for home delivery and had to wait for them all day.

Order delivered on time. No problems apart from the box which was damaged. It was a pity because it was a Christmas present and so the packaging was a bit careless. On the positive side, the product was not damaged. My daughter is very happy with her alarm clock and now she doesn't wake up her parents until her alarm clock changes color.

The product I received was very good and the shipment was fast, but even though everything went well, I had chosen delivery by colissimo and they forced me to use dpd when I gave them my order, without asking me for my agreement beforehand. I didn't appreciate this imposed change, especially as I'm currently having problems with this carrier. On the other hand, the person I was in contact with was very pleasant and professional.
