I'm not happy with the delivery, this parcel should have arrived between Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th, only on Wednesday 26th at 12H37 I'm informed that the parcel has arrived CASTANO SPORT 52 rue des girondins 67007 LYON place I had selected. For a reason I do not know, on Thursday 27 at 11 H28new mail the parcel arrived at Tabal le cigal 36 rue vaubecour 69002 ???? and the final bouquet on Friday 28 at 11H13 the parcel arrived at Tabac presse 33 rue de la charité 69002,???? only on Friday not there, confirmation on Saturday 29th 11H05 that the parcel had arrived, living in the 7th arrondissement I had to cross Lyon to pick it up even though it was supposed to be delivered 300 m from my house. why pay 4.90€ for lousy transport. A gesture on your part to reimburse me for these costs would be appreciated, a refund and not a credit note, because I sincerely believe that I will not recommend your site.

Problems receiving a parcel (not sent or mislaid?). After a month without any news, I sent an e-mail asking for an explanation. I was called back promptly. The item was sent back immediately and received very quickly with an apology gift. So very disappointed that the item didn't arrive in time (for a birthday...) but very satisfied with the after-sales service.

Very pleasant and helpful switchboard staff. Excellent communication and very fast shipping. Order received 1.5 days later even though I'm on the other side of France from their warehouse. Order as described and excellent quality. Very kind carrier who even took the package upstairs (treeeeees heavy, almost to baby's room). Nothing to say EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!
